Our project began to take shape in Tuscany in 2019. We grew quickly, refining our field techniques to become 21st-century olive growers.

We use the most innovative methods and advanced cultivation technologies to produce superior-quality, premium, 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Immediate transport

After harvesting, the olives reach our mill extremely quickly, preventing oxidation and preserving quality intact.

Through cold processes and advanced technologies, we extract a pure oil that preserves the original character of the fruit.

Control and quality

Every phase is carefully monitored to guarantee high standards, safety and complete traceability.
