Our project began to take shape in Tuscany, in 2019. We grew rapidly, honing our on-field techniques to become 21st-century farmers.

We employed the most innovative methods and selected cutting-edge cultivation technologies to create a superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Italian.

Our unparalleled quality stems from an innovative vision built on an efficient process aimed at achieving truly demonstrable sustainability. Through a leading-edge approach, we plan and monitor each phase to reduce waste, optimize space, and reduce consumption.

We are the supply chain

We achieve the highest quality standards with our entirely owned and
self-managed production chain. Our team operates directly our 700 hectares of land in the heart of Tuscany, overseeing all phases: from soil analysis, through olive harvesting, to pressing and bottling.

Born olive, to be oil

We produce more than one million liters of Extra Vergin Olive Oil annually, from a selection of
eight olive varieties, and we create our high-quality blends using our olives.
Each olive is processed in our own state-of-the-art mill located at the center of our estate, employing a modern process that preserves the purity of flavor.
